Cancellation by us:
Rowdy pets reserve the rights at to accept or cancel your order for any reason. Some reasons that may result in your order being cancelled includes availability of products, errors in products or pricing, or any problems identified by the credit fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if your order or part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded in your Card back. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Cancellation by you:
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would need to cancel with the order. We will be able to cancel your order if the order has not been processed or shipped and the amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
Return/Exchange policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at info@therowdypets.com for returns/exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
Returns/exchange will be accepted if the products are unused with its original packing and labels. To be eligible for returns, products must be unopened except accessories like harness, collars and clothes.
Return shipping charges should be covered by customers. Once the product has been received, the amount would be refunded back to the customer’s card within 7-10 business days.
